“The Mobile” is a full production studio in a compact Sprinter Van and accompanying trailer. It has travelled the country providing “Live to Tape” “Broadcast” and “Live Streaming” Solutions for Live Music, Sports, Corporate Events, Motorsport Racing and Video Village for Commercial Work.
The Interior includes an isolated audio room, space for a Video Technician/Tape Operator, Switcher/Director, Graphics/Playback Operator and Producer/Client. It can accomodate up to 8 Cameras over long-run LC/ST Fiber. Using Blackmagic Ursa Broadcast G2 cameras, it can provide CCU Control, Tally, Return and Intercom. It has the ability to add other camera brands over our fiber transmission system but without the camera control features of the Blackmagic system. We generally send 1920x1080 HD signal at framerates of 24p, 30p or 60i to the truck in order to maintain our extremly long cable runs and record higher resolutions in camera when needed.
Making use of the Blackmagic ATEM System we generally use up to 8x URSA Broadcast G2 Cameras over LC/ST Fiber with Full Control, Tally, Return and Isolated Aviation Headets for Intercom. These cameras are very versatile and can make use of our broadcast ENG Style lenses or go for a more Filmic look using the Super 35mm sensor with DSLR or Cinema Lenses. 24p, 30p or 60i framerates.
